| American Registry of Medical Assistants
The American Registry of Medical Assistants is a duly incorporated and chartered nonprofit, National Registry of and for Qualified Medical Assistants. Its purpose is to certify and advance the professionalism of the qualified Medical Assistant; to provide, through publications, updated medical and social information of interest to the Assistant; and to be of service to its members whenever possible.
All additional benefits of certification are brought to the attention of the registrant from time to time through the medium of Home Office publications and directives.
A Registered Medical Assistant is one duly certified by the American Registry of Medical Assistants as a fully qualified member of a Medical Team. Maintenance of membership depends upon fulfillment of the minimum required 12 Continuing Educational Units (CEU's) per year and submittal of the annual renewal form.
REMINDER: ARMA mailed out the 2012 renewal form the first week of October.

AS STATED ON YOUR RENEWAL FORM - PLEASE BE ADVISED: IT WILL TAKE 6-8 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR COMPLETE RENEWAL FORM.
Paper quizzes sent with the renewal form will not be processed.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE MINIMUM REQUIRED 12 CEUS BEFORE YOU SEND THE RENEWAL FORM.
AN ADDITIONAL $35.00 RESUBMISSION SURCHARGE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL INCOMPLETE FORMS
Remember the date you mailed it.
It takes the post office about a week to deliver to ARMA.
Add 6-8 weeks to the date we receive it.
All forms are processed in the order they are received whether they are sent certified, express, overnight or regular mail.
Your form will be processed in the order it was received.
REMINDER:
IF YOU HAVE MOVED AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ARMA WITH YOUR NEW ADDRESS, COMPLETE THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS INFORMATION AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE SO YOU WILL RECEIVE OUR PUBLICATIONS.
THEN, CONTACT ARMA WITH YOUR NEW ADDRESS SO WE MAY UPDATE OUR DATABASES.
IF YOU HAVE AN ARMA ONLINE CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT, REMEMBER YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD. WHEN YOU PURCHASE ADDITIONAL CEU YEARS, YOUR ORIGINAL ONLINE CEU TRACKER WILL BE RE-ACTIVATED.
