9:41:22 AM | I did my Pre-Qualification and sent the document to fill the application, then fill it and send it with the required documentation and the money-order to the following address 69 SOUTHWICK RD WESTFIELD, MA 01085-4729 sealed envelope was returned by postal mail claiming REFUSED BY ADDRESSSEE. Someone can explain me if this is not the right direction?. Why the letter was refused? |

did you sent in the PRE-QUALIFICATION FORM, as directed on that page?
if yes did arma send be a eligible statemant?

9:33:16 AM | Quiero hacer una pregunta. La carta de recomendacion, que debe ser enviada por un medico, puede ser del medico o el hospital de Cuba, donde uno trabajo, o tiene que ser de aqui de USA obligatoriamente? Gracias |
