5/2/2010 4:23:16 PM | I sent in my pre-qualification for Military medical personnel several weeks ago. Should I be expecting a letter soon that states that I was eligible or not to apply? How long does it normally take to receive the letter of eligibility to apply? |

5/2/2010 1:58:39 PM | You should be getting it soon. Mine took 7-9 weeks until I got my certificate on R.M.A. Did you sent out your SMART Transcripts and a Letter of Recommendation from your commander or CO? |

5/3/2010 4:00:18 AM | I should have said I submitted my pre-qualification on this web site. I filled out all the information that was needed on the Military section of the pre-qualification. I haven't received a letter yet if I can send in my SMART Transcripts, im still waiting on it. The thing is, I already have an old letter of acceptance from 2009. I thought maybe it was out of date since it was from last year. Do you think if I send it in with the payment it will be accepted? Hey Mark, did you send in your whole Smart Transcripts or just the summary page? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

I sent all my whole SMART Transcripts. Double check though with the office. Policies might have change from 2 years ago. E-mail the office if you can not get a hold of some one on the phone. |

5/11/2010 4:23:16 PM | The old acceptance letter should be good. I was going to apply in 2006 but decided to re-enlist. I just separated and used the letter of recommendation from that year. It took 1 1/2 weeks from the time I sent in the package to the time I got my certificate and wallet card. You will need to send in: 1.Original application from website or call to request 1-800-527-ARMA (2762) 2.Military ID or DD 214 3.Letter of recommendation from CO or Medical Officer 4.Money order for $60.00 (application fee) 5.Proof of clinical or inpatient care x 1 yr (past evals) 6.Copy of unofficial SMART transcript or VMET for vets 7.Proof of medical school graduation (highlight on SMART or VMET No exam, certification will be mailed provided you send in all the documents. Good luck |
