IF YOUR ONLINE CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AS TO THE ARMA REQUESTS OF ACTIVATION, ASK YOURSELF:
Did I wait a reasonable amount of time to have my ceu tracker account activated?
Did I enter the login and password I created correctly?
Did I receive a transaction ID number in an email stating I actually paid for the ceus?
Did I use a credit card with a different name - different than my ARMA member information - and neglect to inform ARMA of my name and the name on the card I used?
Did I enter ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION when I set up my own ceu tracker account information so ARMA can know which account to activate?
Am I a member of ARMA?

ARMA MEMBERS may purchase the annual ARMA ONLINE CEUS by clicking on one of the years below in order to take the CEU self assessment quizzes online. All purchases of online ceus are non-refundable.
If the name on the credit card you used for your ceu purchase is different from your ARMA MEMBER information, PLEASE contact the CEU Department by email with YOUR NAME AND THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD. If we do not know who the ceu purchase is for, we can not activate the correct member ceu tracker account. Keep in mind, this is for online ceus. Nothing will be mailed to you.
IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY A MEMBER OF ARMA AND YOU PURCHASE THE ONLINE CEUS AS A MEMBER, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ONLINE CEU PURCHASE FEE. PLEASE CALL ARMA TO SET UP YOUR NON-MEMBER ONLINE CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT.
Follow the instructions. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase the online ceus. Please do not use your own personal PayPal account, just follow the instructions. You will receive confirmation via email with a transaction receipt number which will state your fee was submitted.
Once your fee has been submitted, your ARMA CEU Tracker Account will be activated in the order your request was recieved. Once activated, you may start taking the online quizzes.
ARMA CEUS ARE AUTOMATED.
THE ARMA ONLINE CEUS ARE AN ANNUAL FEE OF $30.00 FOR MEMBERS AND $75.00 FOR NON-MEMBERS.
IF YOU ARE A NON-MEMBER AND WISH TO TAKE THE ARMA SELF ASSESSMENT QUIZZES, PLEASE CONTACT ARMA THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
YOU WILL BE SETTING UP YOUR ARMA CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ARMA ONLINE CEU PACKAGE.
ARMA MEMBERS WILL BE TAKING THE 2010 CEUS TO RENEW FOR 2011. THE 2011 CEUS ARE FOR THE 2012 RENEWAL and so forth.
PLEASE ACCURATELY COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION REQUESTED WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR ARMA ONLINE CUES.
IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE ANNUAL ARMA CEU YEAR TO OBTAIN THE NECESSARY AMOUNT OF CEUS, YOU MUST PURCHASE EACH YEAR INDIVIDUALLY. THE YEAR IS JANUARY 1ST OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR TO DECEMBER 31ST OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING MULTIPLE CEU YEAR PURCHASES, PLEASE CONTACT THE CEU DEPARTMENT THROUGH "CONTACT US".
IF ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT COMPLETED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE YOUR CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT OR ACCURATELY TRACK THE ARMA CEUS YOU COMPLETE AND PASS.
THE CEUS YOU TAKE ONLINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CORRECTED AND PROCESSED.
ONCE PROCESSED, THERE WILL BE A LIST AUTOMATICLLY CREATED OF ALL CEUS YOU HAVE PASSED. YOU MAY PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION FROM YOUR CEU CERTIFICATE PAGE ON THE ARMA WEBSITE.
WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE LOGIN INFORMATION TO SET UP YOUR ARMA ONLINE CEU PURCHASE AND CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT, PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
1. WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION, YOUR DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION AND EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ENTERED INTO YOUR ARMA CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT.
THIS INFORMATION WILL CARRY YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 1 CALENDAR YEAR.
THE YEAR IS JANUARY 1ST OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR TO DECEMBER 31ST OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR.
IT IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBER TO ENTER ALL REQUIRED DATA ACCURATELY.
2. IF YOU SET UP MORE THAN ONE ARMA CEU TRACKER ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU HAVE EITHER FORGOTTEN OR LOST YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD INFORMATION, YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR ALL CEU SELF-ASSESSMENT QUIZZES YOU HAVE TAKEN. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD INFORMATION IN A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN LOCATE IT IF NECESSARY.
3. PLEASE CONTACT ARMA, THROUGH THE WEBSITE, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR YOU WISH TO MAKE CHANGES TO ANY DATA WE HAVE ON FILE FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES.
FYI: IF YOU PURCHASE THE ONLINE CEUS - DO NOT SEND IN ANY OF THE ANSWER SHEETS FROM THE REGISTRY CONNECTIONS.
