| 09/12/07IF YOU HAVE OBTAINED CEUS FROM OTHER SOURCES, YOU MUST SEND THE DOCUMENTATION WITH YOUR RENEWAL FORM.
Because of the extremely large numbers of renewal forms which had to be returned due to incomplete information and/or no CEU documentation provided, we have implemented a $5.00 surcharge for those who send in their renewal form or reinstatement form without the required information and CEU documentation.
It is your responsibility to renew on time with the required information and documentation.
IF YOU ARE DOING THE ONLINE CEUS, PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN THE SAME CEUS FROM THE CONNECTIONS. IT IS REDUNDANT AND UNNECESSARY!
If you have not paid for, completed and passed your ARMA CEU's obtained in 2007, to renew for 2008, you will not get credit for them.
If you send in your renewal form without having paid for, completed, and passed your ARMA CEUs or without the proper CEU documentation from other sources, it will be returned to you with an additional $5.00 surcharge for an incomplete form.

Because of expense increases, the fee for "mailed in" ARMA CEUs from the "Registry Connections" will increase for next year.
If you will be mailing in your ARMA CEUs, the "CEU Package" will now be $20.00.
Please make sure to choose which ARMA "CEU Package" you wish to order when you receive your 2008 renewal form. If you choose the Online "CEU Package" and you mail in your ARMA CEUs instead of doing them online, you will not receive credit for the ARMA CEUs you have submitted until the appropriate fee is paid.
Please purchase either the annual "CEU PACKAGE" OR SINGLE TOPIC before you take your CEU self assessment quizzes.
The ARMA Online "CEU PACKAGE" is an annual fee of $10.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members.
The ARMA REGISTRY Connections "CEU Package" is an annual fee of $20.00 for members only.
If the ARMA ONLINE "CEU Package" or the ARMA REGISTRY CONNECTIONS "CEU Package" is not purchased, members may purchase each individual topic for a $3.00 non-refundable fee. Non-members may purchase each individual topic for a $7.00 non-refundable fee.

to set up your annual CEU TRACKER account before taking the CEU self-assessment quizzes.
This will facilitate required renewal and reinstatement compliance for active status.
