What I am going to do is print out the reinstatement form (link at the top of the page and add a note with a copy of my old card along with my CEUS and hope they process it. Do we really have any other choice? Here is the fee schedule that Mary posted earlier if anyone needs it.

It seems like a lot of people have the same problem. It would be easier if the form was available to print from the ARMA site along with the CEU's. |
