| What are CEU's and how do I obtain them?CEU's are continuing education units professionals obtain annually to enhance their knowledge of their chosen profession. Many work places provide continuing education for their employees. If your place of employment does not provide you with your necessary CEU's, there are many places you may obtain them. Area hospitals, clinics and educational institutes provide seminars or classes for professionals to attend. You may obtain CEU's through on-line medical sites. ARMA provides CEU's for active members in all editions of the "Registry Connections" and through our website.
Official CEU documentation from other sources are to be in the form of copies of official certificates of completion for attendance of workshops, seminars, lectures, in-office presentations, all with contact hours, topics, presenters of each topic and signature of presentor or facility endoresement on the official documentation; copies of official transcripts from a post secondary educational facility, which have either profession-related or medical content; copies of official documentation from medical on-line CEU courses; or official documentation or original letter of attendance from a major medical facility.
